Established in 1972, Ashgrove Avenue Veterinary Clinic has been looking after the community of Ashgrove pets for over 50 years! With over 60 years veterinary experience, your pet is in the very best of hands. Here at Ashgrove Ave Vet, our motto is “Your Family, Our Family” and this is the platform from which we operate; both in caring for pets, but also for our wonderful clients.

We offer a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services for cats and dogs in a friendly, calm and caring environment. We cater to all of your pet’s healthcare needs and believe in a whole animal approach to wellness from puppies and kittens right through to our wonderful geriatric patients.

Our services include wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm and intestinal worm prevention, tick and flea prevention, microchipping, pathology, radiology, ultrasonography, routine surgery, desexing, dental care, dermatology, and nutrition consultations (just to name a few!). We also run a popular puppy preschool course in house on Thursday nights.

We strive for all pets to have a positive experience when visiting us and are more than happy for social visits with a couple of treats, pats, cuddles and chats thrown in!
